Half the work starts once the factory is chosen
Finding who can make the product is the easy half. The packaging, the printed panel and the inspection are what decide whether it sells, and that is where a supplied product turns into one ready for its market.
The destination market is part of the specification
Voltage, plug, certification and panel language are settled before the quotation, because they change what the factory builds and not only what the printer prints. The destination is written into the brief from the start.
How we work
We write things down
Specification, checklist, warranty terms and payment terms are agreed in writing before production starts. It is the only way a disagreement can be settled by reading instead of arguing.
One counterpart per order
The same person handles the factory, the packaging and the shipment. The buyer never has to repeat the history of the order to a new department.
We work in three languages
English, Spanish and Chinese. The factory reads the specification in its own language and so does the buyer, which is where most quality problems are actually born.
We stay after delivery
The international warranty on every product is the written form of that. Support does not stop when the container is loaded.
