The figures have to match the unit
The capacity on the box has to be the capacity in the unit, because that is the figure checked at destination.

- Battery capacity, connector type, certification required at destination, packing quantity and warranty term.

- Printed retail box with a moulded tray, barcode and the declaration panel the destination asks for.
- What the inspection measures
- Pairing and charge cycle on the sample, accessory count inside the box and barcode reading.
The cell decides whether the order comes back
A cell below its declared capacity
The failure that hurts is the battery: a cell that holds less than the declared capacity, or a charge cycle that degrades faster than the sample. Second is the barcode, which reads in the factory scanner and not in the one at destination.
A day of firmware or a new mould
Volume moves by firmware and by mould. Printing your logo on an existing model is a change of a day; changing the shell is tooling. Deciding which of the two you actually need is the difference between a fast order and a slow one.
The figures printed on the box
The destination decides the connector, the declaration panel and the certification mark. The pack has to carry the capacity and the input and output figures, and those have to match what the unit actually does, because that is what gets checked.
