How Shanghai SPL handles the data you send through this site.

Who processes your data

The data you send through the contact form or by email is received and processed by Shanghai SPL Import and Export Co., Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong, China, which operates this site.

What data we receive

Only what you type into the form: name, company, email, phone, the category you select, the destination market and your message. The site uses no third party analytics and no advertising pixels, and we do not sell or share your data for marketing.

What we use it for

Only to answer your enquiry, prepare the quotation and follow it up commercially. If the order goes ahead, the data is used to issue the order documentation.

How long we keep it

For as long as the commercial relationship lasts and for as long as the order documentation requires. If there is no order, we delete the enquiry at your request.

Cookies

This site stores only two technical items in your browser: your language preference and the fact that you accepted the notice. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to info@shanghaispl.com. We reply through the same channel.
