Scope

This site describes the sourcing, product development and packaging services provided by Shanghai SPL Import and Export Co., Limited. Browsing it does not create any contractual relationship.

Published information is indicative

Categories, formats, production stages and any figures shown here are general references. The binding conditions are those of the signed quotation for each order.

Prices and quotations

Every quotation states its currency, its terms and its validity period. Prices depend on the specification, the volume, the material and the factory conditions at the time of issue.

Samples and specification

The approved pre-production sample and the written specification are what production is compared against. Changes requested after approval may change the price and the calendar.

Brand and artwork

The buyer keeps the dielines, the editable artwork and the print files of its own products. We do not reproduce a protected design or a registered brand belonging to a third party.

Warranty

The term, the cover and the claim route of the international warranty are stated in the quotation for each order, before production starts.

Ownership of content

The texts and images on this site belong to Shanghai SPL Import and Export Co., Limited and may not be reproduced without written permission.
